Why do you go to work every day.?

Have you ever spent time writing down the reasons why you go to work every day? If you haven’t I recommend you to do this exercise. I think you will see more positive than negative and if you see more negative than positive may be is time for you to change jobs or careers.

We sure enjoyed our business coach from TOPS in our office yesterday and today. She is amazing. We learned a lot about how to better care for our patients and ourselves. We also reviewed goal setting, we role played and interact with each other. Is amazing to see how much you can accomplish when your team is on the same page.
