What Lesson Is Life Offering You Right Now?

I challenge you to consider the lessons your life is offering you right now . If we don’t learn from our lessons, the same lessons will be offered again and again. Through both frustrations and exciting times, there is something to learn that will prepare you for greater opportunities on your horizon.

Lesson #1. Nothing is permanent. I learned that the hard way when I lost my bestfriend back in 2000 to something completely unexpected.

People come and go in your life. Jobs are not permanent and now with how the world is going it sure is not permanent. NOTHING IS PERMANENT. This is a fact that should encourage you to revel in the joy your life is bringing right now and minimize your frustration when you encounter circumstances you don’t like.

There is something in your life that’s not permanent. If it is something you love, in what ways could you embrace and enjoy it more? If it is something you don’t think you can handle, just hold on a little longer. This too shall pass.

This is for you to consider if you have an area of your life for which your vision looks cloudy ⛅. If you don’t know what you want or you just don’t know what steps will be essential to take you where you want to go.
Here is five lessons to learn in the meantime. The meantime is that waiting period between here and where you are destined to end up. Sometimes we have some learning and growing to do first.

So, wherever you feel a lack of clarity: consider these five messages that may be presenting themselves to you.:

  1. No and wait are legitimate answers.
  2. Let go of your need to know. Trust that all things work together for good.
  3. Take a small step and notice what happens. If you are feeling torn about which direction to take, sometimes the best thing you can do is begin to move to one direction. Notice what happens when you do.
  4. Delve into an area of life you’ve been neglecting. Often we can’t have what we think because it’s time to address other matters. Until those are not addressed, our answer will not come. What have you been avoiding?
  5. Connect with God by talking and then listening.

Stop focusing on needing to know the answers focus on the message that is being offered to you in the process of learning what to do next.

Are you ready for the next season of your life?

Make room for what you want:

  • What projects, issues, to do list item keeps getting rolled over to the next season?
  • what can you declutter in the next 15 mins? Stop putting in off for later
  • What ties need to be cut? Making room in your life often means letting go of stale or inauthentic connections.
-What apology is over due? Do not go into a new season with old baggage. Depending on the situation, either forgive or ask for forgiveness.
  • How do I want this season to prepare for the next? The next season is already on its way . Is there anything you need to do now to prepare?

People who try new things are happier than people who always hold on to what’s familiar.
