Improvements vs Excuses

Are you ready?

2019

New Year & A Fresh Start

Take a look at your life and see what you would like to improve to make it even better.
Make a list of the big things you can do in the next year that will improve your life on different levels: work/business, health, relationships, interests and more.
Write down both the fun stuff and the boring but necessary stuff.
Then write down small goals for every big goal so the goal doesn’t become too overwhelming.
When you have reached a goal small or big take time to celebrate and be thankful.
I hope this coming year is full of celebrations because you have reached your small or big goals.
Happy New Year!
God bless,
Janitza
Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Leadership 101

If you want to be a leader, the good news is that you can do it. Everyone has the potential, but it isn’t accomplished overnight. It requires perseverance. And you absolutely can not ignore that becoming a leader is a process. Leadership doesn’t develop in a day. It takes a life time.

Let your Teammates be who they are.
When you try to change someone, it means your inadvertently judging them. Did you know judging someone else say more about you than the person you’re judging? It means your aren’t accepting. Living life without judging others actually feels good. Give it a try.

I enjoy everyday more and more the talent of getting to know people and try to accept them for who they are. Every time I do that I learn and it helps me realize how good it feels when people accept me exactly for who I am.
Don’t forget to let your teammates know how much you appreciate them.
God bless,
Janitza
The Path of Serenity
I received this email this morning and I would like to share it with you. I think there is a lot of truth to this:
“Accept yourself as you are. And that is the most difficult thing in the world, because it goes against your training, education, your culture”
Yet, it’s very hard to follow the journey of self improvement while accepting yourself as you are.
The serenity path addresses this:
“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”
Happy Monday!
God Bless,
Janitza
