Who is your Favorite Motivational Speaker?

Melanie “Mel” Robbins is an American on-air CNN commentator, television host, author, and motivational speaker. Robbins is widely known for covering the George Zimmerman trial; her TED X talk, How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over, with over 15 million views on YouTube alone; and her book, The 5 Second Rule.

At age 41, her life was a mess. She was unemployed. Facing bankruptcy. Marriage spiraling. Confidence shot. Hitting the bottle hard. She struggled just to get out of bed.

Every morning, the alarm clock would ring. She knew she should get up andeal but anxiety rushed in and she’d hit the snooze button instead. Here’s the thing. She wanted to change. She just couldn’t make herself do it. The smallest things felt impossible. She read books and bought journals. Nothing stuck. She prayed for motivation. It never came. There was literally always an excuse.

Her book is amazing and her inspirational talk today touched me.
It was an honor to have her autograph our books.

My First Valentine

As a first time mom it was such a great feeling to give so much love to the love of my life, show her how much I love her a little extra was so much fun. She loved playing with the balloons.  We spend the evening kissing, hugging and loving on each other. It was an awesome Valentine’s day.  To show someone the unconditional love you feel for them is an amazing feeling but to get to show it to your own child is priceless.

“Oh darling, don’t you ever grow up ”

What is your word for 2019?

We love to train with Tanya from Tops Institute Total Patient Service every 3 months. She comes from Texas and normally spends a day and a half with us. We were excited have her here yesterday and she focused on different areas but the most important one was when we picked our word for the year. We went around our tables and shared why we picked that word. These words help each one of us to focus on our goals in the practice as well as home. What is your word for this year?

My Valentine!

She was my love since the day I found out I was expecting. She was my love eventhough I didn’t know her gender. She was my love because I always had the feeling she was a “girl”. She was my love as soon as she was placed in my arms. Keyani knows she is my love and she knows she for ever will be my love and my Valentine.

I hope you all were filled with love and friendship on Valentine’s day. I really hope you are always surrounded with people who will fill you with unconditional love and friendship.

Happy V day!

God bless,

Jani

My Love… If I could give her just one thing.

If I could give her just one thing in life, I would give her the ability to see herself through my eyes. Only then she would see how very special she is to me. This is how I start celebrating life. My birthday month, my work anniversary month and my valentine. This is how I spend my weekends and I love every minute of it.

What Motivates You Jar

We have created a “what motivates you jar” in our office. If you think money is the only thing that motivates people you are completely wrong. Our team have shared what things motivates them and we are thankful to hear about each one of them. Do you know what motivates your team?. Do not assume because you will be surprised. If you don’t know make sure you find out.

What is your word for 2019?

What is your word for the year 2019? Few years ago my word was FOCUS. I had that word with me everywhere I went. On my computer screen at work, in my bedroom, in the bathroom, in my laptops, in my cellphone screen, the places I chose to put them were endless. I had to focus in few things and no distraction was allowed. I did stay focused in spite of the distraction that life brings you without you asking and I did achieve my goal. What about you? My word this year is BALANCE. There are few things that need to get done and being a mother it could take longer if I don’t balance my life. So here is to a year of balance. Tomorrow I start going back to the gym as some of you know I love going to the gym and my body is asking for it, I miss it and I need to keep the word balance with me everywhere. That’s my start and then with the balance I am going to create I will move on to the second, third and fourth goal on my list. How about you? I hope you have a productive 2019 in whatever area you choose to work on.

Happy New Year!

God Bless,

Janitza
