Kkoaching Business And Leadership

Forgive Yourself. Perhaps the hardest thing for us to do is forgive ourselves. Nobody is perfect and each of us makes mistakes. Accept that and resolve today to forgive yourself for past mistakes and quit carrying them as emotional baggage.
Be sure to also record the lessons you can learn from your mistakes, and write down how you can apply those lessons moving forward.
You will feel a sense of peace as you let go of pain and anger. Do it today. Do not wait any longer. Let go of your pain and anger. You will be so happy you did, Life is too short to be holding grudges. Enjoy your life to the fullest and forgive yourself today!

“Now that you are here I know things will be better.” What a powerful statement.
I listen a lot. I’m thankful for my two ears God gave me. I pay attention and I observe more than people think I do. That’s why I have two beautiful eyes. I always speak when I have the right time to speak and say what I need to say. I’m thankful for having a filter. I know a lot of people that don’t and that gets them in trouble.
Today I was in observation mode. Actually I was also in understanding mode. The more I do that the more I realize that people want to be heard, valued and understood. This is exactly what I did today. I noticed that the only thing needed of me was nothing more and nothing less.
I need to understand that people need hope. There are a lot of people in this world that lose hope but I can’t let anyone lose sight of that.
I am a very positive person and I always see the best thing in life even when life is not going the best way for me. I remember the day that I completely was hopeless and I asked someone if I should stop hoping. I will never forget her answer. She said to me, “no Janitza, do not lose hope”. I am so glad I listened to her. I am glad I didn’t lose hope.
In one of my transformation tables from change your world the first topic we discuss is Hope. What is really hope? Hope is more than simply having belief or being optimistic. Jonathan Sacks says “optimism is the belief things will be better. Hope is the faith that, together we can make things better. Optimism is a passive virtue; hope is an active one.”
Today I choose to give hope to people. I don’t want nobody to feel the way I once felt. Hope should never be lost. My job is to help those that indirectly let me know that they are ready for a change and I will be there to help them the best I can so they can feel stronger, positive and hopeful toward their future. Hope is contagious. Positive change happens one step at a time and each step takes you closer to the hopeful future you imagine.
