Objetivos de negocio. Metas financieras. Metas personales.

Business goals. Financial goals. Personal goals. Setting goals is part of our culture. Research has shown that if goals are identified and written down, the success rate for achieving those goals is much higher.
Since God has a plan for our lives, wouldn’t be wise to consult Him when setting goals? As we do, He will direct our path and show us the way we should go. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to do the following: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him , and he will make your path straight.” This is the secret to remaining in the center of His will.
Pray that the Lord will makes you sensitive to His desire for your future. Never lose hope. So, go ahead and write down the goals the Lord lays on your heart. Refer to them often . God’s plans for your life will unfold as you achieve one goal after another.

What To Do In Your 20s

  1. Release yourself from the pressure of trying to discover the plan for the rest of your life. Much of life is out of your control. What is in your control is to figure out what to do next.
  2. Show up on time. Do your very best where you are. Honor and serve people well.
  3. Move in the direction of your strengths. If I were to ask you what your Top Five Strengths are, would you know?
  4. Don’t place too much value on what a college admission board thinks of you. I am all for college but whether you get into the right one or not won’t determine your fate or future.
  5. Don’t just say thank you. Write ✍ it. Write the people who help you a handwritten thank you note. Don’t limit this to your career either.
  6. Abhor financial debt. Your 20s is an opportunity to set up your 30s and your future with financial strength. A way to do this is to read one financial book a year.
  7. Do life with Iron-sharpeners. Iron sharpens Iron. So one person sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17 Do life with people who elevate your thinking and give you an example to follow.
  8. Develop a consistent exercise routine. Bad news, your body will give a rude awakening when you hit your 30s. Is better to develop that discipline now.
  9. Build your personal network. Who you know is often more important than what you know. Your personal network is tied to your personal net worth.
  10. Meet quarterly with an older, wiser mentor.
  11. Practice humility. Think of others first. Practice humility daily.
  12. Look up and around more than down. This is a reference to your technology use.

What to do next is an excellent read by Jeff Henderson. I love getting his weekly emails and love to be able to share them with others.

2. Preséntese a tiempo. Haz tu mejor esfuerzo donde estés. Honra y serve bien a la gente.

The First Impression Can Seal The Deal

Charisma, plainly stated, is the ability to draw people to you. And like other character traits, it can be developed. To make yourself the kind of person who attracts others, you need to personify these pointers:

1. Love life: People enjoy leaders who enjoy life. Think of the people you want to spend time with. How would you describe them? Grumpy? Bitter? Depressed? Of course not. They are celebrators, not complainers. They are passionate about life. If you want to attract people. You need to be like the people you enjoy being with.

2. One of the best things you can do for people-which also attracts them to you is to expect the best of them . If you appreciate others, encourage them, and help them reach their potential,  they will love you for it.

3. Give them hope: Hope is the greatest of all possessions.

4. Share yourself: People love leaders who share themselves and their life journey.  As you lead people, give yourself. Share wisdom, resources, and even special occasions.

When it comes to charisma, the bottom line is othermindedness. Leaders who think about others and their concerns before thinking of themselves exhibit charisma.

God Bless you,

How to take ownership of your dream

1. Be willing to bet on yourself. You may succeed if nobody else
believes in you, but you will never succeed if you don’t believe in
yourself.

2. Lead your life instead of accepting your life – making the right
decisions and managing those decisions daily. The power of choice
is the greatest power that a person possesses.

3. Love what you do and do what you love. Successful people – those
who see and seize their dreams – love what they do and do what
they love. They allow their passion and talent to guide them.

4. Don’t compare yourself or your dream to others – when you
compare yourself with those superior, you feel inferior. When you compare yourself with those inferior, you feel superior. When you stop comparing yourself with others, you feel empowered. Success
is doing that best you can with what you have wherever you start in
life.

5. Believe in your vision for the future even when others don’t
understand you. You are not an accident. You are here for a reason.

God Bless,

You are capable of far more than you know

Confidence leads to action and action leads to to greater confidence. Making smart decisions up front makes the path smoother overall. Bold moves leads to stellar destinations. We as women have a tendency to underestimate our own potential. You are capable far more than you know. You have to believe that. Stop underestimating yourself. When you do, you will begin communicating your openness to a better life. In your relationships,  your career, finances and even your health. Your faith will expand and so will your success.

“The most successful people make wise decisions early in life and manage those decisions for the rest of their lives.” I will never forget the first time I heard this from expert John Maxwell and it stuck with me. Whether in your relationships, career, financial abilities,  health and fitness habits or spiritual journey,  starting strong makes the rest of your path easier. your internal beliefs about yourself directly influence your external success.

The Three Financial Truth

Starting the new year by learning the three truths of finance.

Money according to studies is the main cause of stress in the world.

  1. Money does not bring happiness. It is very important that you know that money is a means that helps make some things possible. If you are not happy without money, you are not going to be happy with money. Your mind and your heart is what determines your emotional state, not money.
  2. Debt makes you unhappy. Owing money makes you unhappy because it makes you a slave. Pay first, play later.
  3. The financial margin gives you options. The key is to live a lifestyle below your income. I hope that if this year working on your financial future is one of your goals, that this little post will help you. Reminder: Write down all your debts. Start with the smallest balance to the largest. Continue to pay the higher balances with the minimum payment and try to pay the lower balance. Once you pay the lower balance that money use it for the next lower balance and so on until all your debts are paid. You can follow Dave Ramsey for more details and better options on how to save, invest and better manage your finances. Happy New Year!
