We had this discussion in our mastermind last night. We talked about the law of consistency, which says Motivation gets you going- discipline keeps you going.
You need to create habits so you can be consistent and disciplined about anything you want to do and get accomplished.
So remember your habits decide your future.

Do you constantly procrastinate on important tasks?

Do you pursue duties just to get by?

Do you constantly talk negatively about your job?

Do you start projects and abandon them?

Do you avoid self improvement opportunities?

You need to remember that consistency is a muscle to be exercised. Do it daily. You will be glad you did.
