Some of the biggest challenges in relationships comes from the fact that most people enter a relationship in order to get something: they try to find someone who is going to make them feel good. In reality, the only way a relationship will last is if you see your relationship as a place you go to give, and not a place that you go to take.
-Anthony Robbins
-Anthony Robbins
A new chapter is opening up in your life right now. The last one was the most difficult of all, with so many seemingly wrong turns, disappointments, and lost potential. But it was none of those things. It was a preparation for now. It should be easy to gladly close that one out but there’s still some processing and reflecting to do before you can fully move on. Stay positive, take care of yourself, and be open to the new, wonderful opportunities that are opening up in your life now. You have earned them.

Your body knows, it will literally tell you when it’s time to move onto a new chapter of your life . Trust it.
Learning how to love yourself doesn’t just change the present and future, it also changes the past.
Learning how to love yourself doesn’t just change the present and future, it also changes the past. When you view your past choices with love for yourself, compassion and understanding allow you to see with forgiving eyes. No denying anything you did wrong, but accepting and allowing yourself to be free from any more shame. This ends up being a gift for everyone else in your life, too. You become a better version of yourself to everyone you know.
How do you usually respond to bad experiences? Do you explode in anger? Do you shrink into yourself emotionally? Do you detach yourself from the experience as much as possible? Do you ignore it?
Every problem introduces a person to himself. Each time we encounter a painful experience, we get to know ourselves a little better.
Pain can cause us to make decisions we would like to put off, deal with issues we would rather not face and makes changes that makes us feel uncomfortable.
What we do with that experience defines who we become.
What separates people who thrive from those who merely survive? I believe it is how they face their problems.
It doesn’t matter who you are, where you live, what you do, or what your background is, you will have to deal with bad experiences. You have to have realistic expectations when it comes to pain and problems. You cannot avoid them.
It doesn’t matter what you gone through in your life or what you are currently going through you have the opportunity to grow from it. It’s sometimes very difficult to see the opportunity in the midst of the pain, but it’s there.
I can give you a list of all of my problems. People truly think I dont have any, the reality of the matter is that I do, but I confront my problems very different than most people and that’s why I have been able to turn things around. I would love for you to be able to do the same. There is always growth and opportunity in every bad experience in life.
When I do mastermind from the book the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, people tend to have difficulties with this law. It can be very painful but in reality it should not be.
Remember, if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten. If you want to arrive in a new destination, you need to take a new path.
