Kkoaching Business And Leadership

Overthinking is when what you think gets in the way of what you want.

It’s one of the most expensive things in the world because it wastes time, creativity, and productivity. It’s an epidemic of inaction, a tsunami of stuckness.

You can use all that reclaimed time , creativity, and productivity to create the life you want.

I don’t know what your dream is : it’s probably different from mine. But I do know one thing: If overthinking is getting in the way. It’s time to do something about that.

Kkoaching Business And Leadership

“Courage is about learning how to function despite the fear, to put aside your instincts to run or give in completely to the anger born from fear. Courage is about using your brain and your heart when every cell of your body is screaming at your to fight or flee – and then following through on what you believe is the right thing to do.”
― Jim Butcher

—Jim Carnicero

Courage to me is doing something daring, no matter how afraid, insecure, intimidated, alone, unworthy, incapable, ridiculed or whatever other paralyzing emotion you might feel. Courage is taking action….no matter what. So you’re afraid? Be afraid. Be scared silly to the point you’re trembling and nauseous, but do it anyway!”
― Richelle E. Goodrich

Shannon L. Alder

What type of questions have you been avoiding in life?

1. What answer are you waiting on?

2. What message is being offered to you right now?

3. What areas of your life do you need to focus on while you await your answer?

4. What conversation is it time to have?

5. What’s the most pressing problem you need to solve in your life right now?

6. What is it time to let go of in order to make room for something new to come into your life?

I’m sure you can come up with more questions. Have the courage today to come up with your list, be honest with yourself and get those questions answered and take action.

God Bless
