In 2015 I completed a Business Executive Power Program at MGE – Management Experts Inc. in Clearwater, Florida. At the same time, I also attended and completed the  Leadership School at MGE. I am a Certified Medical and Community Interpreter. I am very delighted to be able to help the Hispanic community in my area with their needs. In 2016 I was part of the Leadership Team at the American Cancer Society, and in 2017 I volunteered in a dental clinic in Haiti. I have been in the dental field for over twenty years. NECESITAS “DINERO DE LA LIBERTAD”

Tenemos que dejar de idealizar la pobreza.

Necesitas dinero, y punto.

¿Cuánto?

Eso depende de la persona.

A veces, ser millonario es incluso peor que ser pobre por la responsabilidad y la falta de tiempo para otras cosas.

(Pregúntale a Elon Musk; él sabe de lo que hablo).

Pero no quieres tener una emergencia y no poder manejarla por no tener dinero suficiente.

No tienes que ser un genio de las matemáticas; debes salir de la rueda del hámster, diversificar tus ingresos, reinvertir el dinero y adaptarte a vivir con menos de lo que ganas.

Yo no me he inventado las reglas. Y créeme, si alguien me hubiera explicado esto a los veinte años, habría llegado mucho más lejos a los cuarenta.

Recuerda, Dinero≠Felicidad, pero Dinero=Libertad.

Trust in the Lord

Life can be confusing, perplexing, or down scary at times. Although we may try to make the best decision possible, we still falter. Experience is a great teacher, but we may occasionally fall flat in our faces. How can we navigate successfully through life? How can we make wise decisions? How can we live through regrets?
Humbly acknowledge that the Lord possesses the understanding you lack. Defer to him in your decision-making process. Trust in Him with all your heart. He will show you the way to go. He will make your path straight. Periodically set goals for yourself and trust God to bring them to fulfillment .

Remember that God’s timetable may not be yours, be patient and diligent. 🤎

Self-love On

Objetivos de negocio. Metas financieras. Metas personales. Establecer metas es parte de nuestra cultura. La investigación ha demostrado que si las metas se identifican y se anotan, la tasa de éxito para lograr esas metas es mucho mayor.
Dado que Dios tiene un plan para nuestras vidas, ¿no sería prudente consultarlo al establecer metas? Al hacerlo, Él dirigirá nuestro camino y nos mostrará el camino que debemos seguir. Proverbios 3:5-6 nos anima a hacer lo siguiente: “Confíate de Jehová con todo tu corazón, y no te apoyes en tu propia prudencia; sométete a él en todos tus caminos, y él enderezará tu camino”. Este es el secreto para permanecer en el centro de Su voluntad.
Ora para que el Señor te haga sensible a Su deseo para tu futuro. Nunca pierdas la esperanza. Entonces, adelante, escribe las metas que el Señor pone en tu corazón. Consúltelos con frecuencia. Los planes de Dios para tu vida se desarrollarán a medida que alcances una meta tras otra. 🤎

Business goals. Financial goals. Personal goals. Setting goals is part of our culture. Research has shown that if goals are identified and written down, the success rate for achieving those goals is much higher.
Since God has a plan for our lives, wouldn’t be wise to consult Him when setting goals? As we do, He will direct our path and show us the way we should go. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to do the following: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him , and he will make your path straight.” This is the secret to remaining in the center of His will.
Pray that the Lord will makes you sensitive to His desire for your future. Never lose hope. So, go ahead and write down the goals the Lord lays on your heart. Refer to them often . God’s plans for your life will unfold as you achieve one goal after another.

El Sentimiento De Ira

La ira es una voz que dice: “¡Creo que lo que está pasando aquí es injusto!” La ira proviene de nuestras percepciones. Hágase estas preguntas: ¿La situación es realmente injusta? ¿Estoy exagerando debido a la resonancia de la emoción? ¿O estoy cansado de que todo sea injusto?

Cuando nos encontramos ante una enfermedad o contratiempo de algún tipo, muchas veces pensamos, ¿por qué a mí? o decimos, eso no es justo, “no hice nada para merecer eso”. Pero si podemos mirar más allá de nuestra situación, podemos ver que es solo la vida. Las enfermedades y los accidentes le suceden a todos, así que en cierto modo es justo. Si podemos encontrar incluso algún grado de equidad en la situación, la presión de la ira se reduce de inmediato o incluso se elimina por completo.

Divine Favor

Favor Divino
El favor no requiere que seas perfecto, solo fiel. Eso significa que cuando tropiezas, haces todo lo posible por aprender la lección. Estás dispuesto a admitir tus faltas y tratas de hacerlo mejor la próxima vez. Y a veces el favor no llega ni siquiera como resultado de tu propia actitud y fidelidad, sino de la de otra persona. Puede ser el resultado de tu relación con otros que han sido fieles. Muchos favores inmerecidos vienen como resultado de tener un padre o un amigo cuyo favor se desborda en tu vida, bendiciéndote de formas en las que nunca podrías haber influido por tu cuenta.
Cuando amas bien y fielmente, ganarás el favor. El favor puede darte influencia cuando parece que no deberías tener ninguna. El favor puede hacer que la gente se incline hacia ti y escuche cuando la lógica dice que hay alguien con más experiencia. El favor puede promoverlo al puesto cuando no tenía las calificaciones para el trabajo solicitado. El favor llamará a la gente a quererte, te elevará y te colocará en posiciones de mayor influencia.

Divine Favor

Favor doesn’t require you to be perfect- only faithful. That means when you stumble,  you do your best to learn the lesson. You are willing to admit your faults and you try to do better next time. And sometimes favor comes not as a result of even your own attitude and faithfulness,  but someone else’s. It can be the result of your relationship with others who have been faithful. Lots of unmerited favor comes as a result of having a parent or a friend whose favor overflows into your life, blessing you in ways you could never have influenced on your own.

When you love well and faithfully, you will win favor. Favor can give you influence when it seems you shouldn’t have any. Favor can cause folks to lean your way and listen when logic says there’s someone with more expertise. Favor can promote you to the position when you didn’t hold the qualifications for the job called for. Favor will call people to like you, elevate you, and place you in positions of higher influence

Evaluate Your Words

Words are so powerful and are designed to either build up or tear down. The power of words spoken by a parent can either make or break a child. Words are life changing and long lasting.

Use your words to encourage, inspire,  and motivate your child,  not discourage and disheartenen them. Have you ever noticed how someone can give you ten compliments and make one discouraging comment , and you will only remember the negative? Some adults are still suffering from the words a parent spoke into their lives when they were very young, but they have never forgotten.

Children love to please and they respond positively to encouragement and praise.

Remember that life and death is in the power of the tongue. Blessings and curses don’t come out of the same mouth. I can’t tell you how important your words are when you are raising children.
