The Power of Mental Imagery

“Tu mente da a luz tu realidad”.

¿Cuáles son los ejercicios de imágenes mentales más comunes que ensaya?  ¿Te imaginas en tu mejor momento todos los días?  ¿Te ves feliz, exitoso y en paz?  ¿Te ves viviendo tu visión en el ojo de tu mente?
Este fin de semana quiero que uses el poder de las imágenes mentales para fortalecer tu resolución de avanzar con valentía y por completo hacia la vida que es posible para ti.
Primero, identifique un escenario específico en el que desea verse en el futuro.  Pregunte: ¿Qué estoy haciendo?  ¿Con quién estoy?  ¿Dónde estoy exactamente?  ¿Cuándo ocurrirá?  Pinta una imagen vívida para tu mente.
A continuación, cállate.  Respira, Relájate.
Finalmente imagínate a ti mismo en la visión como si fuera el momento presente.  ¿Cómo te sientes?  ¿Qué ves, saboreas, tocas?  Permanezca allí durante al menos 60 segundos.
Haz de las imágenes mentales un hábito diario.  Comience durante los próximos siete días dedicando solo dos minutos al día a imaginarse viviendo plenamente en su visión divinamente inspirada.  Cuando lo veas, lo creerás.  Y lo que crees que es posible, te mueves hacia eso.

What are the most common mental-imagery exercises you rehearse? Do you imagine yourself at your best daily? Do you see yourself happy, successful and at peace? Do you see yourself living your vision in your mind’s eye?

This weekend I want you to use the power of mental imagery to strengthen your resolve to boldly and fully move toward the life that is possible for you.

First, identify a specific scenario in which you want to see yourself in the future. Ask: What am I doing? Who am I with? Where am I precisely? When will it occur? Paint a vivid picture for your mind.
Next, get quiet. Breathe, Relax.

Finally imagine yourself in the vision as if it the present moment. How do you feel? What do you see, taste, touch? Stay there for at least 60 seconds.

Make a mental imagery a daily habit. Start for the next seven days by carving out just two minutes a day to imagine yourself living fully in your divinely inspired vision. When you see it, you’ll believe it. And what you believe is possible, you move toward.
