Replenish Yourself Daily

Life is demanding, people are demanding. The more you lead and the more you succeed, the more others will expect from you. If you don’t make an effort to replenish your energy, feed your soul, and renew your mind, you will run out of gas. Replenish yourself requires your attention.

You need to have a balanced program for self-renewal in the four areas of your life: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual.

What renews you?

How do you go about renewing yourself daily, weekly, monthly, yearly?

What renews your energy? What feeds your soul? What gives you emotional strength?

It is very important you learn those rhythms and schedule activities to help you remain sharp. Fatigue can be costly.

I encourage you to examine your own core beliefs and decide which values are more important to you.

God Bless,
