It’s important to recognize when people are ready to grow another direction

A Facebook live we had today from our CEO from the John Maxwell Team spoke to my heart today. Every single time I hear a teaching, a call or I participate in a class I come to the realization of how wonderful it is to be part of this team.

“It is important to recognize when people are ready to grow another direction”. Mark Cole

Are you growing another direction? Have you been recognized? Or Have you recognized someone that is growing another direction?

Let’s think about this for a minute.

I need to inform you that “change is inevitable,  growth is optional”.                    – John Maxwell.

There are decisions that people have to make that are painful,  extraordinary, hard, emotional,  to get to that brilliant future they want to get to. Be supportive,  be happy, be excited, be accepting and always continue to add value to people.

Wow. My goal is to always be supportive of your goals.  I hope you make it a goal to be supportive of other’s people’s goals and dreams and as hard it would be celebrate them.

I want you to know that I will always celebrate you! If you are working toward your dreams and goals and you are ready to let others know let me tell you that I am proud of you for taking the time and mostly for being courageous. I know whatever that dream is, will take you to that brilliant future of yours.

God bless you
